The 4-level side split was a popular floor model in the 1970s and 1980s. We have worked on many side splits, and it is one of my favourite floor plans. The scope of work for this project included removing the wall between kitchen and dining room but leaving the wall between the kitchen and living to separate it a little bit. We also updated the kitchen cabinets, countertop and both bathrooms. The main living area and bedrooms were updated with pot lights as well.
